This policy explains what Greco Ventures LLC collects when you use HaulFlag and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your email address and name, to send you alerts, receipts and support replies.
• Your carrier list: the MC or DOT numbers you upload. These identify public FMCSA records.
• Payment details, which are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic server logs (IP address, time, page requested) kept by our host for security and debugging.

The website has no ad trackers and no third-party analytics scripts.

How we use it

We use it only to run HaulFlag: check your carriers, send your emails, bill you, and answer support. We don't sell your data or share your carrier list with anyone.

Service providers

We rely on Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and an email delivery provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while you're a customer. Email founder@grecoventuresllc.com to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted. We delete it within 30 days of the request, except records we must keep for tax or payment law.

Who it's for

HaulFlag is a business tool and isn't directed at children under 13.
