Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of HaulFlag, a service operated by Greco Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By paying for or using HaulFlag you agree to them.

The service

HaulFlag compares public FMCSA carrier records once a day for the MC or DOT numbers you give us, then emails you the changes it finds. It is an information service. It does not vet, approve, insure or guarantee any carrier, and it does not replace your own due diligence. Public records can be late, wrong or incomplete, and a carrier with an unchanged record can still be fraudulent.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is a paid subscription to a service that is still being built. We aim to send the first morning email by December 15, 2026. If we haven't by then, we refund every pre-order payment in full without being asked.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time by emailing founder@grecoventuresllc.com, and cancellation stops future charges. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use HaulFlag only for monitoring carriers you do or may do business with, or your own authority. Don't resell the alerts, attempt to break the service, or upload data you have no right to share.

No warranty and limit of liability

HaulFlag is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost loads, cargo, freight charges or other indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll email paying customers before it takes effect.
